What leads you to be a coach?
When I was facing major marriage troubles 20 years ago, God placed some godly women in my life to coach me. These women helped me grow in my Christian experience, and they encouraged me to look to God to bring healing to my broken heart and marriage. I’m eternally grateful to my coaches, and I decided to become a coach in order to effectively minister to other women experiencing mental health and marriage challenges.
What do you like most about it?
I enjoy seeing God transform the lives and marriages of my coaching clients.
How do you recharge on your days off?
On my days off I enjoy spending time with my family, taking walks in nature, and reading.
What are three of your favorite things?
Waking up to a quiet house and spending time alone with God
Reading, hearing and sharing testimonies about God’s goodness
Eating delicious, plant-based meals prepared by my two teens
