What do you like best about coaching? What I enjoy best about coaching is witnessing the transforming power that God’s principles make in freeing people from destructive habits and thought patterns, and assisting in the journey to lasting joy, peace and wholistic health.

How do you recharge on your day off? I recharge by spending time in my garden, playing the piano and viola, and walking or bike riding with my husband. I always feel energized when I can accomplish tasks around the house or yard on my day off.

Why did you choose to do coaching? As a pastor's wife for the last 28 years, I have had many opportunities to encourage people on their journey. While serving overseas, my husband and I operated a Counselling office that provided individual and community support programs for physical, emotional, and spiritual health. While heavily involved in this service focused ministry, I experienced my own struggle with physical and emotional health. I understand the stresses of being in a pastoral family, the challenges of homeschooling, and the reality of burnout. As an occupational therapist, my job is to help my clients set and achieve their goals to maximize their quality of life. I want to support individuals in applying Biblical solutions to life’s challenges in order to live a life of joy and peace.

What are your three favorite things? Spending time with my family, walks in the woods, scripture songs that help me remember God’s promises.
