Caitlin Musgrave has been passionate about ministering to people’s deepest needs since she was a teen. During high school, she founded and grew a youth department at her small rural church. In college, Cailtin studied education. She has since served as an educator for 16 years. As an educator, she has worked with young people of all ages and gained valuable insights into how early life shapes us. Since 2010, Caitlin has been supporting young people and women on their journeys to seek healing and peace from brokenness.
What leads you to be a coach?
In my own life, I’ve fought hard to heal my brokenness. When I was first seeking help on my journey out of trauma and abuse, I found little information and support. It is now my calling to come alongside others so they don’t journey alone.
How do you recharge on your day off?
Spending time in nature, with family and friends, and reading renew my soul.
What are your three favorite things?
After God and family, I enjoy sewing, deep thoughtful conversations, and travel.
