What do you like best about coaching?

I enjoy helping others by facilitating solution focused thinking and actions that individuals can use to promote healing and quality of life.

How do you recharge on your day off?

My days off are usually filled with a mixture of chores and time spent making greeting cards from scratch for my friends, family, or friends to be! In my down time, I like to sit with a hot cup of tea and listen to instrumental music. On Sabbath you will find me relaxing near my fireplace. I find the smell of scented candles enjoyable and will use them to gently light a room. I find this soothing to the senses and it helps me regroup my thoughts and unwind.

Why did you choose to do coaching?

I have always liked helping people and coaching seems like the best avenue to help others while using my degree, license, and life experiences to do so.

What are your three favorite things?

I have to choose just three?!

1. Pan fried noodles

2. Time with friends

3. Swinging on my deck swing in the summer evenings
