Science. Later on, with an interest in mental health, she completed her Abide Coach

certification. She has then benefitted from Abide Networks resources---coaching, workshops, and support groups—in dealing with CPTSD; and is now passionate about providing support to those who are on their healing journey. She values people and loves to help others.

What do you like best about coaching?

-being able to witness how God grows that small seed of faith and hope within the

person who desires to be whole again

Why did you choose to do coaching?

-it helped me a lot with my issues in the past, and I would like to help others as well!

How do you recharge on your day off?

-rock climbing, hanging out with friends, going out in nature

What are your three favorite things?

-cooking, spending time with friends and the outdoors
