Cree Rillo completed her degrees in Behavioral Science and Environmental Social Science. Later on, with an interest in mental health, she completed her Abide Coach certification. While dealing with CPTSD, she benefitted from Abide Network's resources--coaching, workshops, and support groups; and is now passionate about providing support to those who are on their healing journey. She values people and loves to help others.


What do you like best about coaching?

-being able to witness how God heals and grows that small seed of hope within the person who desires to be whole again


Why did you choose to do coaching?

-it helped me a lot with my issues in the past, and I would like to help others as well!


How do you recharge on your day off?

-rock climbing, hanging out with friends, going out in nature
