What do you like best about coaching?
For me, coaching best reflects the attitude God has towards His children. He lovingly ensures we always have enough information to help us make the best decisions in life, but ultimately gifts us with the complete freedom to make our own choices. That’s what I love about coaching – it provides real avenues for heart growth, whilst giving space to allow that growth to occur organically.
Why did you choose to do coaching?
I think it more chose me. Helping others to realize and meet their highest potential is something I’ve always naturally had a passion for and gravitated towards – and then one day, I realized it had a name :)
How do you recharge on your day off?
Hiking through nature is definitely top of the list, Followed by quality time with a guitar, a journal, or a meaningful conversation.
What are your three favorite things?
In life? That’s so broad… 1) Jesus and everything to do with Him. Including daffodils. And working with angels in ministry. 2) Connection – meaning heartfelt laughter with family; deep insights with friends; sweet and genuine interactions with all others; seeing joy fill the eyes of a child; having/being that safe shoulder to cry on. 3) Singing with all of my heart. This is even sweeter if others are singing too, with a similar head-flung-back-eyes-squeezed shut passion.
