What do you like best about coaching?I like that I can help people on a practical level. Coaching has the potential to bring drastic change (for good) in people in so many aspects of life. Perhaps my greatest reward is to witness that transformation happening before my own eyes.
How do you recharge on your day off?I usually spend time with my animals (dogs, sheep, bunnies, and guinea pigs). I'm a nature lover so I take time to walk, hike and garden. Rock climbing is very physical so that really helps. Prayer and Bible study has really helped me to recharge as well.
Why did you choose to do coaching?I notice the difference and impact that it made on myself and those I've coached. I guess it was such a surprise to me how much coaching can do for the well being of one another. I felt that the outcome was great in comparison to effort I invested.
What are your three favorite things?I like animals & nature, learning and being a blessing to others.
