What led you to be a coach?
After experiencing her own period of depression she realized that the key is helping others and in doing so you forget about yourself. She became a facilitator for the Women’s Breakout Group and enjoyed sharing and encouraging the women in the group.
What do I like about coaching?
I enjoy encouraging people and turning their attention to one who can help them through any situation. It is a joy to hear the testimonies of those who trusted and how God worked in their situation. I enjoy being used by God to be a blessing to others.
How do I recharge on my days off?
I take long walks, talk on the phone, visiting Sam’s Club and looking for opportunities to be a witness.
Three of my favorite things:
Church, my dog, and my job.
