What do you like best about coaching?
I began a counseling ministry because I wanted people of Christian Faith to have access to mental health counseling that would incorporate Biblical beliefs into treatment. I have enjoyed the blessing of praying with clients, and helping them to understand and discern better the Word of God, find him in their daily life, and integrate their religious/spiritual beliefs into daily action.
How do you recharge on your day off?
Going to the gym for a good workout and swim, visiting novelty shops, shopping, eating out, visit the beach or lake front, bike riding, visiting with friends
Why did you choose to do coaching?
I love helping others overcome fears and worries, make progress in their daily life, especially in the area of healthy NEWSTART lifestyle changes.
What are your three favorite things?
Reading uplifting encouraging books Music - listening and singing spending time with children, teaching them, watching them grow and learn. I am trained as a infant mental health specialist.
