What do you like best about coaching?

What I love best about coaching is helping people feel seen, heard, and valued. I love providing a non-judgmental space that creates an opening for curiosity and exploration, leading to insights and healing.

How do you recharge on your day off?

I love thrift store shopping, sun-tanning, and doing something sporty with a friend.

Why did you choose to do coaching?

My parents named me Hope, and that's what I love to give. I coach because it doesn't feel like work to me, it feels like the greatest honor in the world to be trusted with supporting people through troubling and dark times.

What are your three favorite things?

My three favorite things are my children, my health, and my pillow.
