How do you recharge on your day off?
Give myself permission to be free from all duties and responsibilities, find a solitude, quiet, comfortable space, put on my headphones and listen to an intriguing lecture by a dynamic speaker on topics related to the body and the mind and how the two interconnect.
Why did you choose to do coaching?
I see the great need for more Christian counselors and wanted to be a part of helping to make that happen. I have been blessed with the opportunity to learn. Oh, how it has enriched my life! I want to pass on the blessing.
What are your three favorite things?
Picking up my children from school and hearing all about their day on the drive back home. Having the challenge of preparing a three-course healthy vegan gourmet meal to my non-vegetarian friends that brings them to consider a healthier diet. Becoming curious, then experimenting, then organizing, and finally implementing
