What do you like best about coaching? A particular passion is to help with the enhancement of emotional intelligence. EQ contributes more to successful & enjoyable living than IQ. Since emotional intelligence is learned, rather than inherited, it can be improved. Proverbs 4:23 encourages us to “keep [guard] your heart [thoughts] with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life.
How do you recharge on your day off? Almost anything outside in nature- soaking it up somehow whether walking, hiking, or in a hammock …taking pictures, reading, connecting with others or studying God’s word. I aspire being a Word nerd...getting into God's Word and digging for treasures-taking to give.
Why did you choose to do coaching? It is one of my favorites as “something to do”, my heart's desire is to lift others up to Jesus, to encourage healing and growth emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually and hopefully to show Who.God.Is as 1 Corinthians 12:7 says “Each person is given something to do that shows who God is: Everyone gets in on it, everyone benefits.” MSG.
What are your three favorite things? Favorite people: my family/friends Favorite things to do with my favorite people: traveling, being outdoors, photography. Favorite above all: getting to KNOW our God & being known by Him
