What do you like best about coaching?

I love helping people talk through their thoughts, reflecting back so they can hear and understand their narrative, and helping them feel understood. When helpful, I love helping fine tune someone's thinking so they can find more happiness and joy in their lives with the subtle shifts.

How do you recharge on your day off?

On my days off, I have consistent time with God, I play with my daughter, spend time with my wife, and love reading and getting outdoors.

Why did you choose to do coaching?

I'm excited to continue helping people; I love counseling as a professional and I love being a volunteer pastor, so Coaching provides me with an opportunity to integrate active listening and spiritual healing with Christian clients.
