What do you like best about coaching?
I love helping people see the possibility of change, as well as moving from a place of simply coping through life, to actually healing.
How do you recharge on your day off?
I love walking outside, spending time with my family or working with my hands creating (painting, crafting or working in the garden).
Why did you choose to do coaching?
I’ve been blessed over my life to be introduced to people who have helped me do some of the most amazing work one can ever do to heal from abuse and trauma. I feel like it’s my life’s call to give back in some way to help others, and coaching offered that avenue to touch lives in a practical, positive way.
What are your three favorite things?
I adore my family (husband and children), they have been such a blessing on my journey of life. I love to write, which has been a major part of processing the changes that take place from day to day. I also love banana pudding! What can I say, it’s one of the greatest blessings this side of heaven.
