Why I'm a coach:
Through an upbringing and marriage with abuse and rejection God guided me to healing using every trial as a forge to sharpen hope for something better. Upon catching the glint of what God had for me in the painful flame of adversity I knew I wanted to be there to encourage others to allow the difficulties to strengthen them and to be there as they too shine with hope.
What I love most about coaching:
There is no greater connection than being there alongside someone in their long journey, being the only one with them in their tears and raw hurt, watching them push themselves up to choose to allow the pain of the past to bring growth and then rise to their potential.
I recharge on my day off by:
I LOVE HIKING. Hiking is 10 percent physical and 90 percent psychological. If I don't choose to allow the hike to work me out it will beat me up. I also love playing board games with my teenagers and star gazing.
My three favorite things:

Christmas...oh yeah, #4: Cookies!
