Why I'm a coach:
While deciding between a career path in either medicine or counselling, I shadowed a doctor… and almost fainted. In discouragement I asked my mother what direction she saw in me, and without hesitation she said counselling. I decided to give it a try and it has truly been rewarding. What Ellen White says about it in the Mind, Character, and Personality books was also encouraging as she says “to deal with minds is the nicest work in which men ever engaged.” I have found this to be so true.
What I love most about coaching:
I enjoy seeing true healing occur through Jesus, to witness the inner workings of thoughts and the courage to choose a better life. As a strong believer in wholistic wellbeing, I count it a privilege to be able to work from a Biblical and Spirit of Prophesy foundation where we can see how God gives us fortitude and hope for difficult times. My desire is to invite Him into the sessions as our great Counsellor, Creator, and Saviour.
I recharge on my day off by:
An early morning with God and nature, an unrushed meal with family, music practice and completing a project or two.
My three favorite things:
The Bible
My Family
The mountains
