Why I'm a coach:

As a Christian mental health and life coach completing a master’s in clinical mental health, I am passionate about providing a holistic approach to care while understanding the impact of physical and spiritual health on mental well-being. Through my partnership with Abide Network, I found that combining biblical principles and the eight health laws enables individuals to achieve lasting positive outcomes. Working on my own journey, I discovered peace, joy, and comfort by applying those principles and laws, which positively impacted my personal life and parenting style. My life’s work is focused on empowering others to apply the principles in a practical and impactful way. Using a holistic approach and Abide Network’s coaching tools, I strive to equip individuals with the skills to overcome life's hardships and other mental health issues, fostering a sense of empowerment and capability through a deeper relationship with Christ.

What I love  most about coaching:

I have witnessed God reveal Himself to my clients through their struggles, joys, and pains. God has written each of their stories, leading them into the rest of their stories. God wants to help them understand the brokenness as well as the joy. Playing a small role in assisting my clients in identifying God's leading and joining Him in coauthoring the rest of their stories has brought me so much joy.

I recharge on my day of by:

Being out in nature, reading a good book, volunteering in community outreach, and helping others.

My three favorite things:

Spending quality with God.

Spending quality time with family and friends.

Being out in nature -I especially enjoy the beach.
