Why I'm a coach:
Listening to others’ stories and walking alongside people as they discover meaning in their own experiences has always been a central passion of mine. This calling led me first into the mental health field as a psychiatric technician, where I learned the power of narrative, reflection, and compassionate presence, and later into education at the secondary level, where I helped students articulate their voices through learning and expression.
My years as a missionary and worldwide traveler further shaped this passion, immersing me in diverse cultures and perspectives and deepening my desire to bridge communication gaps with empathy and understanding. Through these experiences, I developed a strong interest in coaching individuals through storytelling and writing—helping them process their journeys, find clarity, and communicate their stories with confidence, authenticity, and purpose.
What I love most about coaching:
Listening deeply and walking alongside others in the change process—helping people find their voice, lean into their God-given gifts, and rediscover the joy of life through their talents and stories. I am passionate about offering thoughtful feedback and encouragement, celebrating successes, and compassionately processing disappointments along the way.
I recharge on my day off by:
Reading, writing, outdoor adventuring, napping, building things, coloring.
My three favorite things:
God
Family
Nature
