Why I'm a coach:
My own experience in dealing with grief after the loss of my husband led me to seek help through GriefShare. The tools I received from that program were very helpful. I was also able to go through the HEALTH program at Weimar Institute and that experience gave me even more resources to help others. It's been my desire since my loss, to share resources with others that can give them hope and experience a new outlook on their mental and physical health.
What I love most about coaching:
Being able to see others take steps that help them feel better about themselves and other relationships in their lives.
I recharge on my day off by:
Time alone, cooking a new recipe, spending time outdoors.
My three favorite things:
Gardening
Visiting a botanical garden
Learning new healthy recipes
