Why I'm a coach:
Becoming a coach is an outgrowth of my own healing journey. As I researched and sought help, I realized that many resources didn’t support me in my faith journey or address the deeper heart issues and misbeliefs that were fueling my anxiety. That’s why my goal today is to provide you with a healing space that combines evidence-based tools and key spiritual truths for experiencing the freedom God designed you for.
What I love most about coaching:
I love connecting with people, providing them with a safe space to share, and helping them to walk in greater truth about themselves, others, and God. It’s especially rewarding to catch deeper glimpses of the beauty of God’s character together with my clients.
I recharge on my day off by:
Walking along the river near my home
Reading inspiring memoirs
Rock climbing and hiking
Listening to health and wellness podcasts
My three favorite things:
Serving Jesus through hospitality and friendship
Outdoor adventuring with my husband
Making meaningful connections with people
