Why I'm a coach:

What led me to become a coach was my own journey through trauma, heartbreak, and healing. I am a trauma and abuse recovery coach who is deeply passionate about walking alongside women as they navigate the painful and often confusing path of healing from toxic, destructive, or abusive relationships. My journey into this work is deeply personal—I’ve walked through my own seasons of survival and understand the loneliness and uncertainty that often accompany those experiences.

My years in missions and living across different cultures opened my eyes to the universal need for Christ-centered, trauma-informed care—especially for women who feel unseen, unheard, or spiritually confused in the wake of emotional, psychological, or spiritual abuse. That realization led me to pursue both coaching and Christian counseling, with a heart for helping women rediscover their voice, reclaim their worth, and move toward healing.

I was drawn to coaching because of its forward-focused, hope-restoring approach. It allows women to take courageous steps, one at a time, while celebrating every small victory. I’m especially passionate about helping women who feel stuck in painful relationships and need support untangling the complexities of faith, safety, and self-worth. You don’t have to walk this road alone—there is hope, and healing is possible.

What I love most about coaching:

I love helping women move towards their goals and out of feeling overwhelmed. Watching God transform lives and getting to be a small part of that work is humbling. It's always an honor when someone invites you into their life to be a part of their journey. And I especially love celebrating the small and big wins with my clients. Every "ah ha" moment is special and exciting.

I recharge on my day off by:

I enjoy walking, hiking, spending time in nature, and on the rare occasion I get to do so, I love to cozy up with a good book. I also love to write, and have four books in progress...writing is soul care for me, I find it refreshing and restorative.

My three favorite things:

Spending time with my heavenly Father.

Spending time with my family.

Being out in nature--I especially love flowers and plants.
