Why I'm a coach:
I know the journey of healing after trauma and what it feels like to lose clarity in relationships that are meant to be safe. I began coaching with this in mind to offer women the kind of support I wish I had found years ago.
I work with women navigating the confusion, fear, and self-doubt that often follow toxic or emotionally destructive relationships—especially when faith and identity are deeply intertwined.
Many of the women I work with feel caught between what they know deep down and what they’ve been told to believe about themselves or their situation.
In our work together, I help you make sense of what’s felt confusing and find direction where you’ve felt stuck, so you can build healthier relationships and move forward with clarity and confidence.
I work with two primary groups:
• Women recovering from relational trauma — including emotional, spiritual, or sexual abuse, as well as harmful childhood experiences
• Women navigating ADHD or AuDHD and how it impacts relationships, identity, and decision-making
While my practice primarily serves women, I also work with men and couples within my areas of focus.
I offer premarital coaching for couples who want to address patterns early and build aligned, emotionally healthy foundations.
Living a life you enjoy and aren't overwhelmed by is possible—and you don’t have to navigate getting there alone.

What I love most about coaching:
I love helping women move towards their goals and out of feeling overwhelmed. It's an honor when someone invites you into their life to be a part of their journey. I especially love celebrating the small and big wins with my clients. Every "ah ha" moment is special.
I recharge on my day off by:
I enjoy walking, hiking, spending time in nature, and on the rare occasion I get to do so, I love to cozy up with a good book or work on whatever writing project I am invested in at the moment.
My three favorite things:
Being out in nature.
Spending time with family.
Spending time with my heavenly Father.
