Why I'm a coach:
My personal journey and the desire to fill the gaps I experienced growing up led me to become a coach. As a child, I often wished for a guide who could help me navigate life's challenges with grace, understanding, and empathy.
Through my studies in psychology and certification as a Mental Health & a Professional Life coach, I realised how powerful guidance, understanding, and faith-based support can be in transforming lives. I've seen how addressing emotional and mental well-being especially for children, teens, and trauma survivors can lead to healing, growth and restored confidence.
Becoming a coach allows me to use my experiences and knowledge to empower others.
My goal is to support individuals to navigate life's challenges, reclaim their voices, and live purposefully.
What I love most about coaching:
Watching someone discover their strength, find clarity and take steps toward healing and growth.
Coaching also allows me to connect with people on a personal level, share practical tools, and weave faith into their journey, which is central to everything I do. It's the moments of breakthrough when someone realizes they can overcome and that they're not alone- that makes this work so meaningful to me.
I recharge on my day off by:
I love to recharge by spending quiet time with God, writing, reading, singing, eating my fav food, cleaning(water does the magic for me), taking reflective walks and napping.
