Why I'm a coach:

Becoming a coach has always felt like a natural path for me. Even from a young age, I found myself empathetically connecting with others, helping them feel seen and empowered to grow and change. That innate gift, combined with my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and my passion for mental and emotional well-being, led me to pursue mental health coaching professionally. Supporting others as they discover their confidence and joy in life is not just my work, it's a calling that deeply inspires me.

What I love most about coaching:

What I love most about coaching is witnessing transformation. I’m constantly inspired by the strength of the people I work with and their willingness to grow. Helping someone find clarity, confidence, and joy in their life is incredibly fulfilling. I especially enjoy guiding women, children, and families as they learn to navigate life in a way that truly works for them.

I recharge on my day off by:

On my days off, I recharge through a mix of movement, connection, and creativity. Exercising, cleaning my home, and cooking healthy meals help ground me, while playing with my son and spending time with my husband, who is my very best friend, bring me joy and energy. I also love hosting at home or escaping for a peaceful weekend in the country.
