Why I'm a coach:

My journey to becoming a life coach was born out of my own experiences with pain, trauma, and suffering. Throughout my healing journey, I discovered that even our deepest wounds can become places of growth, purpose, and restoration. As I learned, grew, and experienced God's healing in my own life, I developed a passion for walking alongside others as they pursue healing and freedom. Today, it is my privilege to help individuals and couples discover hope, embrace healthy change, and experience the life God created them to live.

What I love most about coaching:

What I enjoy most is creating a safe, compassionate environment where people feel seen, heard, and loved. My desire is for every client to experience the unconditional love, grace, and forgiveness of Jesus while learning practical tools that lead to lasting transformation.
There is nothing more rewarding than watching someone move from survival to freedom, from fear to confidence, and from brokenness to empowerment. Seeing my clients make healthy choices, grow in their relationship with God, and become the people He created them to be is one of the greatest blessings of my work.

I recharge on my day off by:

I recharge by slowing down and reconnecting with God, my loved ones, and His creation. My favorite ways to rest and renew include spending time in prayer and devotionals, enjoying quality time with family and friends, grounding, soaking up sunshine when the weather allows, kayaking, hiking, and simply appreciating the beauty of God's creation.
I also enjoy living a simple, intentional lifestyle through gardening and growing our own food, baking, coloring, organizing and cleaning my home, and creating spaces that bring peace and joy. These activities help restore my mind, body, and spirit so I can continue serving others with energy, compassion, and purpose.

My three favorite things:

Cooking

Spending time with others

Laughter
