What do you like best about coaching?
People and their stories fascinate me. I love to see the progress people experience during coaching and how the increase in quality of life due to sound decision-making, renewing beliefs and building discipline impacts not only them, but also their surroundings. The basis for all of that is to understand one´s personality in-depth. Accompanying individuals to discover their strengths and weaknesses is a meaningful task for me.
How do you recharge on your day off?
I work out, deep-dive into a topic of interest or have an amazing meal with friends and family.
Why did you choose to do coaching?
I met countless people over the course of my life that either failed to make good decisions for their life or were trapped in a cycle of false beliefs and addiction, that severely impacted their social abilities, quality of life and even progress in life. Witnessing such always left me at unrest. Due to my background in psychology and challenges I had to overcome in my own life, I want to support people in helping themselves and decluttering their mind. Since a majority of diseases originate from the mind aswell, this is the place to start. I believe that the Bible provides invaluable insight into the human nature and is therefore paramount for a truly healthy mindset.
What are your three favorite things?
1. Family and friends
2. Creation
3. Ministry
