What do you like best about coaching?
One of the things I love most about coaching is the privilege of being able to let people talk freely about their lives and the things they are struggling with, while also helping them see their identity in Christ. God loves us so much! We are truly free to live without fear — in power, love, and self-discipline.
How do you recharge on your day off?
My favorite way to recharge is by spending time outside, in prayer, and doing some type of activity. I do a lot on things online, and the best way to compensate for that is by doing something entirely different. I also like to read a good book on rainy days or whipping up a new plant-based recipe.
Why did you choose to do coaching?
It took me a long time to figure things out in life, and I think it would have been different if I had surrounded myself with Christ-centered people. We were created for community, but I also acknowledge that there may be many barriers to obtaining that for some individuals. I hope to be at least one person in your network of people that you feel safe with and that genuinely wants to see you grow and empowered by God's love for you.
What are your three favorite things?
1. Spending time with Jesus and nature
2. Spending time with my husband and pet bunny
3. Learning, oh yes!
