About
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, or significant life changes leave you feeling stuck or unsure of where to turn. I offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you can slow down, feel heard, and explore what you are experiencing at a pace that feels right for you.
My approach is primarily grounded in Person-Centred and Cognitive Behavioural approaches, while drawing on other evidence-informed strategies as appropriate to your needs and goals. I see counselling as a collaborative process: you are the expert on your own experience, while my role is to help you make sense of what you are going through, identify patterns and possibilities, develop practical ways of coping, and move toward the changes that matter to you.
I am particularly interested in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-criticism, relationship concerns, and questions around identity and direction. I also value the ways that culture, spirituality, relationships, and personal values can shape how we understand ourselves and our challenges, and I approach these areas with curiosity, humility, and respect.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and am completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP). I provide counselling under clinical supervision as part of my qualifying registration. If you are considering counselling, I would be glad to connect and explore whether we might be a good fit to work together.
