What do you like best about coaching?
The opportunity to partner up with others as they journey through seasons of life is a great privilege. Coaching helps to process through those challenges and identify tools to address the concerns. Coaches provide the support to others as they uncover what may inhibit them from living the best version of themselves. I enjoy being able to come alongside those individuals and journey with them as they seek to grow and become the whole and healed person that God created them to be.
How do you recharge on your day off?
I enjoy spending time with my family, reading books, learning something new, writing, studying the Word of God, and going for walks.
Why did you choose to do coaching?
I choose to be a coach because I understand the value of having others walk alongside you while you work through the various nuances that life holds. Coaching is a fulfilling and rewarding profession. I love helping people explore the truth of themselves in light of God’s word. I enjoy seeing life come alive in each person as they make concrete changes that allow them to fully enjoy their lives. The ability to help individuals become more conscious about their lives and thus able to create and make powerful life transitions also brings me great joy. Hence, the reason I choose life coaching as a profession.
