Why I'm a coach:

I completed my graduate program in clinical mental health and chemical dependency, earning the credential of Licensed Professional Counselor. That training gave me the language for something I had always observed in people: the organizing principles operating beneath the patterns they could see but could not stop.

My move into coaching was deliberate. Coaching allows me to work at the intersection of psychology and Christian faith, where some of the most meaningful conversations happen. What the Holy Spirit reveals about restoration and renewal aligns with what psychological science shows about how people change. I believe the power behind that change comes from God. Faith and psychology describe the same design from different angles, and my work draws on both to help you recognize God's power at work in your life.

Through Desirable Mind, my private practice, I serve high-functioning Christian men, women, and couples through secure online sessions across Ohio and Tennessee.

What I love most about coaching:

What I enjoy most about coaching is helping people experience a real, lived relationship with their Creator, not only a theological understanding of Him. I want to quiet the fear that keeps people guarded and help them discover what it means to walk with strength that does not require armor. I love seeing people experience the Fruit of the Spirit, not as a goal they must achieve, but as a natural expression of an integrated mind and heart.

I have helped hundreds of men and women engage their thoughts and emotions with greater awareness, creating space for the peace, freedom, and wholeness only the Lord can provide.

I recharge on my day off by:

On my days off, I recharge by spending quality time with my wife and our four cats: Mozzie, Zella, Remi, and Rocky. I value rest, although there are always house projects waiting to be started and finished. The same intentionality I bring to my work shows up at home: I stay present, engaged, and genuinely invested in the people and things that matter most.

My three favorite things:

Traveling w/ my wife

Writing

Remodeling projects
