Why I'm a coach:
I completed my graduate training in clinical mental health/chemical dependency and became a licensed professional counselor. That credential gave me a language for what I had always observed in people, the organizing principles beneath the patterns they could see but could not stop. What I wanted was to bring that understanding into a faith context, where people find answers to their questions about their relationship with others, with God, and with themselves.
The move into coaching was deliberate. Coaching lets me work at the intersection of psychology and Christian faith, which is where the most meaningful conversations happen. What the Holy Spirit has taught me about restoration and renewal lines up precisely with what psychological science reveals about how people change. These are two descriptions of the same design. My work draws on both.
What I love most about coaching:
I love helping people realize a tangible relationship with their Creator. I love helping people quiet the fear and understand what it means to walk with vulnerable resilience. I love helping people experience freedom through the Fruit of the Spirit. I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of men and women interact successfully with their thoughts and emotions that brings peace between the mind and heart..
